ALICE BISHOP

Hi, I'm Alice, a London-based multidisciplinary creative currently working in design and production at BCW London.

From teaching myself how to edit in Windows Movie Maker as a kid, I fell in love with creating video content, and it all spiralled from there. I constantly wanted to teach myself new programs and skills to create visually interesting movies, posters and art, and always gravitated towards artistic subjects at school.

I took Media, Photography, Film Studies and Art & Fashion at Sixthform before joining UAL to study BA (Hons) Live Events & Television Production. It was there that I specifically fell in love with Cinematography and Design, helping students on the Media Publishing course with designing their print work.

I worked as a Studio Photographer for a couple of years while at university, then moved onto Locations and Prop Making for Film, based in Pinewood Studios. I adored working on set and behind the scenes of some incredible productions, including No Time To Die, Black Widow, Andor, and many more. 

However, after being offered a position on BCW London's design team, I took the opportunity to learn more about design and focus on using my skillsets on both Design and Production teams, becoming the link between the two practices.
